At times our minds can feel overcrowded by thoughts and emotions and we need an outside eye to help in making sense of the chaos. Throughout our counseling journey I strive to provide a relaxed and open atmosphere for you, as the client, to use as a blank canvas as we begin to map out your thoughts, feelings, and emotions.
Each person is unique in how they think and behave, thus the way in which I approach counseling with each of my clients will be unique. Throughout our sessions I will be pulling from various counseling techniques such as, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
